NT Wright does a masterful job of interacting with Evangelical critiques of his view. Other plenary speakers included Frank Thielman, Presbyterian Professor of Divinity at Beeson Divinity School, Samford University, originally John Piper was also to speak, but was unable to attend and Tom Schreiner spoke in his place.
Owen Strachan A speaker for the 76th Annual meeting of the Evangelical Theological Society, Strachan holds a PhD from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, an MDiv from Southern Seminary, and an AB from Bowdoin College. Strachan has published fourteen books and writes regularly for The Gospel Coalition, the Christian Post, and Thoughtlife, his Patheos blog. He is married and is the father of three children.
