Dr. Gregg Strawbridge serves as the (first) pastor of All Saints Church: A Reformational & Covenantal Congregation, Lancaster, PA (CREC - Confederation of Reformed Evangelicals, since 2001). He serves the broader Church as Presiding Minister of the Augustine Presbytery (CREC) 2005-2009; 2018 to present. He is an adjunct instructor at All Saint Academy (Cary, NC) and Firm Foundations Academy (Ephrata, PA). He is an advisor and has served as a member of the Board of Governors of Veritas Academy (2006-2016), as well as two other Christian schools. He is the Founder and Creative Director of www.WordMp3.com - An Online Audio Library of over 25,000 Christian Worldview Resources (which came online in 2000); He served as the President and now permanent Secretary-Treasurer of the Evangelical Theological Society (Eastern Region). He is a board member of JEEP - The Joint Eastern European Project which exists to assist, plant, and encourage CREC congregations in Eastern Europe.

He has served as adjunct professor at several colleges, universities, and seminaries in the fields of music, philosophy, theology, Bible, and education. His educational credentials include a Ph.D. University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, MS, 1994 (Education & Philosophy); M.A. Columbia Biblical Seminary (now Columbia International University), Columbia, SC. (Christian Education); B.M.E. University of Southern Mississippi, 1987 (Music Education, Classical Guitar) and postgraduate studies at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando and Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia (Th.M. courses in Reformation History, Theology, and Biblical Counseling & Psychology).
