This four part series provides an indepth exposition of Paul's personal epistle to Philemon. Philemon was (apparently) host to the church of Coloseae. Philemon's runaway slave, Onesimus, becomes an important figure in the early Pauline ministry (Col. 4:9). Also, it is believed that he became the bishop of Ephesus and so he went from being a slave to being a servant in the church(es) to being a shepherd, untimately a Bishop.
