A lecture from the Theopolis Institute Course on Revelation . . . Course Description - Revelation is a difficult and complicated book, and has long been controversial in the church. Topics of discussion will include the book’s dating, its liturgical implications, its impact on our understanding of Christian politics and political ethics, its theology and Christology, its vision of the church and her future, its literary beauty and metaphorical richness, and its impact on Christian imagination.
