Practical Directions (Part 1) - Heb. 13:1-6
The ethics of the Scriptures are built upon the foundation of the nature of the God we serve and the glorious news of what our God has done to redeem us from our sins. That is seen in this text. The purpose and theme of the theological arguments employed by the Apostle in this epistle has been the cultivation of a vibrant Christian faithfulness in the lives of his readers. Now he sets about to cast a vision of what that faithfulness will look like. This chapter then provides us with a view of Christian faithfulness in action.
