Scott B. Rae Dr. Scott B. Rae is currently Professor of Biblical Studies-Christian Ethics at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University in La Mirada, California. He has a Ph.D. in Social Ethics at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California.
