-PLENARY SESSION 2: PostModernity the Paradigm and the PreEminence of Christ
After significant changes in human thought and culture, the contemporary world longs for a meta-narrative. This so-called age of post-modernity poses new threats and new opportunities for Christ's Church. Timothy Tennent asks us to consider what the Christian stance should be in light of these paradigm shifts. He exhorts us to tell a bigger, more significant, and more robust story of what God is doing in the world.
This is a lecture from the 2011 National Meeting of the Evangelical Theological Society on the theme, “No Other Name.” The conference featured plenary speakers: Darrell Bock, Tim Tennant, and Kelly Kapic.
