Lory and her husband, Jay, have two children: Lauren and Michaela. Lory received her B.S. in Education from Carson-Newman College and her M.S. in Sports Medicine from the United States Sports Academy. She has taught Science for 24 years. Lory is presently teaching Science at the Dialectic and Rhetoric levels at Berean Academy in Tampa, Florida, where she has taught for six years.
