Charles T. Evans is the Head of School at Regents School of Austin, Texas (an ACCS accredited and charter member school) and the co-author of Wisdom and Eloquence: a Christian Paradigm for Classical Learning (Crossway, 2006). He holds a master’s degree from Hollins University, where he wrote his thesis in the classics department on the history of liberal arts education. Mr. Evans has served as the founding head of an independent Christian secondary school and as the Dean of Faculty of an Episcopal school. Mr. Evans has been a frequent speaker and consultant to Christian schools. He also serves as the Travis District Director for the Texas Association of Non-Public Schools, which represents the legislative interests of the 300,000 children educated in Texas private schools. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Mr. Evans has four children.
