Even though the messages are sold on an "as is" basis - and adequate samples are made available so that you can test the quality and technical setup . . . If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or experience technical trouble, we will do our best to help you resolve any problems.

On audio quality - Most messages were not recorded in ideal settings and with ideal equipment. In fact most of the messages come in the form of cassettes, many of which are decades old. In fact, helps organizations preserve such material by digitizing and publication. The technical sound quality of most messages, therefore, is not "Broadcast" quality. However, through digital remastering we strive to make the voice-quality audio as intelligible and clear as possible.
