Over 70 percent of general staff and beneficiaries, and 50 percent of donors of faith-based nonprofits are women, yet women make up less than 20 percent of leadership in  the  sector.  Why  are  women  held  back,  and  what  is  the  cost  to  organizations  of  overlooking the leadership skills of women in key positions?
