David Cooper hails from Port Townsend, WA and is a graduate of Liberty University where he studied history, philosophy, and literature. David and his wife Meg have five children and stay busy gardening and raising backyard chickens. He enjoys reading, soccer (Go Gooners!), and working as a financial adviser to families in Central VA. David has been an elder at Providence Church since October 2007.
