Our Vision as His Royal Priesthood 1 Peter 2:4-9
And coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected by men, but choice and precious in the sight of God, you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. We are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that we may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light; for we once were not a people, but now we are the people of God; we had not received mercy, but now we have received mercy.

Corporate Confession & Assurance of Pardon
Let us draw near to God to confess our sins.
Almighty and most merciful God, we confess that we have sinned against you and one another in both our actions and lack of actions. We are miserable sinners in need of forgiveness, though Your Word calls us to be a kingly priesthood who proclaim Your Word to this world. Yet, we have often acted as paupers whose home is this fallen world. We have often neglected our calling to declare Your truth and goodness. O gracious Father, forgive our sins and restore to us the power of Your Spirit to live as royal priests and prophets in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Now believe the good news for all who rest in Christ alone: In the name of the triune God, as minister of His gospel, I declare that, as far as the east is from the west, so far does God remove our transgression from us. Thanks be to God! Our sins are forgiven.

Our Vision as His Temple Ephesians 2:19-22
Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
